The Fairy Circle - Terms & Conditions

Your Fairy Circle membership does not include the cost of your fairy. Your fairy and shipping will be purchased separately when the collection is ready.

Please read these Terms & Conditions before joining. By activating your Fairy Circle membership, you agree to the following.

1. Your Fairy Circle Membership

The Fairy Circle is a three-month paid membership with Gemma Troy Creates.

Membership is $39 AUD per month for three months, for a total membership cost of $117 AUD.

Your place in the Fairy Circle has been offered to you after your name was selected through the Fairy Circle registration draw.

Your invitation is personal to you and cannot be transferred to another person.

2. What Your Membership Includes

During your three months in the Fairy Circle, you'll be invited behind the scenes as I create my next collection.

This may include studio updates, making videos, kiln openings, first looks at new fairies, experiments, ideas, things that don't always go to plan, lives and other little glimpses into my creative process.

You'll also be guaranteed the opportunity to purchase one fairy during your three-month membership.

3. Your Fairy Is Not Included in Your Membership Fee

Your $39 monthly membership fee does not include the cost of a fairy.

Your fairy will be purchased separately when the Fairy Circle collection is released. Shipping costs will also be charged separately.

Your membership guarantees you the opportunity to purchase a fairy. It does not guarantee a particular fairy, design, size, colour or price.

4. How Fairy Adoption Will Work

When the collection is ready, all of the available fairies will be uploaded together on a date and time that I will let Fairy Circle members know about in advance.

Fairy Circle members will receive 24 hours of private access to the collection before it is released publicly.

During this private 24-hour period, each member may purchase one fairy only.

I'll be making enough fairies so that everyone in the Circle has the opportunity to choose one, but individual fairies are still available on a first-come basis. This means I can't guarantee that a particular fairy you have your eye on will still be available when you choose.

Once the 24-hour Fairy Circle period ends, any remaining fairies will be released publicly through my website.

At that point, Fairy Circle members are welcome to return and purchase another fairy if they would like to and one is still available.

5. This Isn't a Commission

Joining the Fairy Circle does not mean you are commissioning a fairy.

The collection will be created entirely by me in my own style and according to whatever happens to be floating around in my imagination while I'm making it.

Members won't be able to request particular colours, hairstyles, designs or personalised fairies as part of their membership.

6. Membership Payments

Your membership runs for three months at $39 AUD per month.

The membership fee pays for access to the Fairy Circle and the membership experience described above. It is separate from any fairy you choose to purchase.

7. Leaving or Cancelling

The Fairy Circle is designed as a three-month experience, with membership charged at $39 AUD per month for three months.

I completely understand that circumstances can change. If for any reason you decide that you no longer wish to continue with the Fairy Circle, you can cancel your membership through your account.

If you cancel, your membership will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. After that time, you will no longer have access to Fairy Circle member content or member benefits.

This also means you will give up your guaranteed opportunity to adopt a fairy through the Fairy Circle.

You are, of course, still very welcome to adopt a fairy through one of my normal public collection releases, just as you would if you weren't a Fairy Circle member.

Membership payments already made are not refunded simply because you choose to leave the Fairy Circle. This does not affect any rights or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

8. International Members

The Fairy Circle is open to international members.

Fairy prices are in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated. Shipping is charged separately when you purchase your fairy.

International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, tariffs or customs charges imposed by their own country.

9. Handmade Fairies

Every fairy is individually handmade by me from clay.

Because they're handmade, there will naturally be variations between pieces. Colours, glazes, textures, shapes and kiln results can vary, and these little differences are part of what makes each fairy unique.

10. Public Collections Will Continue

The Fairy Circle doesn't replace my normal fairy collections.

I will continue releasing fairies publicly through my website. Any fairies remaining after the Fairy Circle's private 24-hour adoption period will become part of the public shop update.

11. Your Fairy Circle Place

Fairy Circle membership is intended for the person who was selected and joined the Circle.

Please don't share private Fairy Circle links, member-only content, passwords or private collection access with other people.

12. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
